Launch of T-Mobile LG G2X
April 7, 2011, T-Mobile has announced that they will launch their latest LG smartphone, LG G2X. T-Mobile wrote at social networking twitter “Offical date/price: T-Mobile G2X, avail. Online 4/15 & in stores 4/20. $199.99 after $50 MIR & 2-yr contract.”
LG has launched LG G2X on January 6, 2011 at Consumer Electronic Show 2011. The operating system of LG G2X is android 2.2 (Froyo). The processor of this smartphone is a 1 GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor which is support GPU capability. The screen comes with 4-inch touchscreen and WVGA display. T-Mobile told that this smartphone also runs at up to 14.4Mbps.
T-Mobile LG G2X will support rear facing camera with 8 MP to create best photo. You can make a video call using the front facing camera with 1.3 MP.
You will get great space for saving photos, video or other files with 8GB in the internal memory. HDMI port and full 1080p HD video playback and recording capabilities are also on board.
Yesterday, April 8, 2011, Computer World reported that T-Mobile will upgrade the operating system of LG G2X to android 2.3 (Gingerbread) at summer (the current date still unknown).
