Sprint Users can no longer use the Common Cents prepaid plan service now, because Sprint plans to remove the service. Instead, Sprint will transfer the customers to PayLo plan service that is managed by Virgin Mobile (the other Sprint brands). The Common Cents prepaid plan is a product of collaboration between Sprint and Wal-Mart, which was launched May last year. These services are made to compete with Tracfone’s StraightTalk brand, unfortunately, this program cannot reach the entire national.

The existing Common Cents prepaid plan Customers began in the switch to Virgin Mobile from May this year, with a reduction for one-year contract. “Current Common Cents customers need not make any change, but will from now have access to more options for plans and handsets under payLo as well,” a Sprint spokeswoman wrote an email to CNET. “Common Cents is due to move out of Wal-Mart in mid May; Pegs will from some of those taken over by Virgin Mobile’s Beyond Talk plans, the which have already seen solid success in Wal-Mart, “she continued.

Sprint promised to do this transfer automatically, and continue offering the call cost 7-cent-per-minute calls. In addition, users can get access to top-up their Virgin Mobile card so they can add the minute calls. You can get more information about this in the Common Cents website. In addition, Sprint promised to inform more details in the next few weeks.
